Hollywood star Johnny Depp was accused of assault from a location manager while filming “City of Lies”, a story based on the investigation and murder of rappers Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. The 55 year old actor isn’t denying the assault took place but that is was all in self defense. The complaint was filed by Greg Brooks earlier this year, however Johnny Depp argued that any violence that took place it was because he was fearful for his safely.
Depp is seeking for the dismissal of the case. The movie was originally supposed to be release in September but has been pushed back; a new date has not been announced.
